In an effort to centralize and coordinate the growing Texas MahJongg community, the website serves to help us track all of the events throughout the year.
January
Two tournaments this month. The Boerne Mah Jongg Tournament on Jan. 22, 2025 at the St. Peter Apostolic Church in Boerne, Texas.
And the annual Texas Maritime Museum Tournament January25 & 26th in Rockport, Texas. It begins on Friday morning and ends on Saturday afternoon at the Rockport Country Club. For more information, you can contact them below.

Margaret's MahJongg Mavens Tournament in Kingsland Texas is located at the Senior Center benefitting the Highland Lakes Senior Center on March 15th.

April 30th and May 1st
at the Ingenhuett on High in Comfort.
The Comfort Chicks Mah Jongg Tournament.
They have High Stakes Mah Jongg on April 30th ($50) and social play on Thursday, May 1st $120).

May 3rd, Giddings Texas
LCCA Annual Springtime Mah Jongg Tournament.
They will have social play on May 2nd and the tournament play on May 3rd. If interested contact Karen or Lori at the Lee County Center for the Arts or [email protected]There are two tournaments on May 18th
Temple Sinai Sisterhood Semi Annual Mah Jongg Tournament Check in is ay 8:30am and tournament starts at 9:15am. There will be four rounds of play and lunch. The Horseshoe Bay Foundation is presenting the 11th Annual Horseshoe Bay Mah Jongg Tournament at the Horseshoe Bay Resort on September 25th & 26th, 2025. There will be a welcoming cocktail party for out of town resort guests and Patrons. The Mah Jongg tournament will occur on Thursday & Friday. Save the date for 2026 on Sept. 9 & 10th.

HorseShoe Bay MahJongg Tournament
The Horseshoe Bay Mah Jongg Tournament is located at the luxurious Horseshoe Bay Resort. For Resort guests, a welcoming cocktail party is held Wednesday evening. Lunch on Thursday is filet mignon with a signature cocktail on Thursday evening.
Besides MahJongg, there is a lot to explore for everyone. For hotel guests, they have some great deals on golf fees, free tennis and pickleball courts for an hour ($25 for extra time), and spa packages. Their golf courses are world renowned. For relaxing, the temperature controlled pool is conveniently located next to the resort and J's restaurant. Kids love the jungle kids club and the Whitewater 18 hole putting course with exotic birds. And a new addition, is the only floating pool in North America sitting perfectly on the edge of Lake LBJ at our Waterfront Beach & Marina. There truly is something for everyone.
